I have a Richmond water heater in my home that needs a heating element. The water is warm but not hot and the circuit breaker is not "tripping out" so I believe it is an element that has failed.
Model # should be: V8 V40 -3C
I am not positive this is the exact number, because the installation location is such that I had to read the info label with a mirror.
Please help!

I have a Richmond model 6E30-2 2005 model that needs an upper heating element. Could you provide me with the OEM part # or the number for a suitable replacement that can be purchased at a Lowes warehouse.
